Do you remember how kick ass the 80’s and early 90’s were for music? I know, think long and hard... It was the best! You had great bands like Motley Crue, Poison, Ratt, Judas Priest, Bulletboys, etc. I could go on about all the great bands that came from that era. Where are all the bands from that era? Where the hell did they go? Well some are still here, and some are probably working at Taco Bell. In any case, they made some great music, which is the reason why SKIN KANDY is here. SKIN KANDY is all about the golden era of what is Hair Metal, Hard Rock, Glam Rock, Thrash or whatever you want to call it.

SKIN KANDY is also about the stage show. The pyros, the lights, and getting the crowd involved. You know all the stuff that most bands won't do any more. Now you go see a band and they just stand there, wearing the clothes they went to work in. I mean, we even shower!!! We miss the partying, the girls, and everyone having a good time. If anything, when people come see our show, they can relive all the good times of the 80’s and 90’s. The reason why SKIN KANDY was put together is people kept bitching about bands not playing this kind of music anymore. So we gladly took it upon ourselves to do this for everybody. It’s our duty to you, the people, to deliver the best possible show. Our goal is to take you back to the days when everything was fun, and everybody had a great time. Our original music will also reflect this attitude. SKIN KANDY is writing material for an upcoming cd. The release date has not yet been determined at this time.
